Returns & Refunds:

1. **Eligibility:** To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Puzzle items with missing pieces or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.

 

2. **Initiating a Return:** If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.


3. **Return Shipping:** Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product).

 

4. **Refunds:** Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method.


5. **Non-Refundable Items:** Digital downloads, gift cards, and certain sale or promotional items are non-refundable.
